Breakfast.
Smashed Avocado scrambled eggs and crispy Halloumi .
Lunch Stuffed chicken chorizo and mozzarella melts, with red pesto, green salad, warm potato salad, platter of cured meats, crusty bread and butter.
Followed by fresh fruit platter.
Dinner. Spicy Mexican chili beef, basmati rice, tacos, cheese, nachos, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, flat breads.Followed by fried churros with hot chocolate sauce.
Breakfast. Porridge with fresh fruits.
Lunch. Roasted Thai pumpkin soup with cheesy garlic bread, chicken club sandwiches, homemade crisps, mixed salads and bread and butter.
Followed by dark chocolate mousse.
Dinner. Roasted rib eye steak, with country wedges, béarnaise sauce, crunchy broccoli, green beans with shallots.
Followed by platter of fresh melons, strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
Breakfast. Sausages sandwiches.
Lunch. Jacket potatoes, with chicken and sweet corn, chili con carne, tuna mayo, beans, cheese, tomato basil and mozzarella salad. Pesto pasta with grated Parmesan.
Followed by warm chocolate chip cookies
Dinner. Roasted cod, with tartar sauce, mushy peas, garlic spinach, honey roasted carrots, and French fries.
Followed by lemon posits with shortbread biscuits
Breakfast. Fresh fruit and yogurt smoothies.
Lunch. Sticky Pulled pork pitters with b.b.q sauce or home mage beef/bean burgers, chunky chips, crunchy creaser salad with croutons, couscous salad, corn on the cob, and stuffed garlic mushrooms.
Followed by strawberry white chocolate cheesecake.
Dinner. Lamb moussaka, Greek salad, oregano dauphinoise potatoes.
Followed by Baklava with nuts and honey and Greek yogurt.
Breakfast, BLT sandwiches
Lunch, Sushi and sashimi platter, with wasabi, ginger and soy. Sweet and sour pork stir-fry with crunch vegetables, sweet chili dumplings.
Followed by apple tart tartan with custard.
Dinner, Chicken (Balti, Bhuna, Korma, Jalfezi, Madras Thai green/red) curry, special fried rice, naan breads. Mango chutneys, rita, home made samosas and pakora’s Followed by fresh mango and mango sorbet.

Lunch, Ploughman’s platter of cheese, meats and pickles, with piccalilli, chunky bread and butter, rocket salad, leek and potato/or tomato and basil soup with chunky croutons.
Followed by carrot cake with cream cheese topping.
Dinner, Lamb shank (slow roasted) with a mint and red wine jus, horseradish mash, roasted fennel and red peppers.
Breakfast, Full English, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, black pudding.
Lunch, Roast beef Sunday lunch with all the trimmings, pigs in blankets and Yorkshire puddings with horseradish sauce and gravy.
Dinner, Ploughman’s platter of cheese, meats and pickles, and piccalilli, chunky bread and butter, cured meats, sausage rolls, pizza slices, salads.
Followed by rich Italian chocolate trifle.
